01

Model the real variant

A top-up product is not only a game name and amount. Region, platform, fulfillment method, denomination, bonus, supplier cost, delivery time, and account requirements may change the offer. Use a unique SKU for each sellable combination.

This prevents a seller from promising the wrong region or denomination.

02

Separate available and reserved stock

The dashboard should show available, reserved, and fulfilled quantities. Low-stock thresholds can notify the owner or disable a listing. Reservations must be atomic to prevent two orders from consuming the same capacity.

Manual corrections need a reason and audit entry.

03

Use stock-aware pricing carefully

The owner may lower prices when inventory is high or raise them near a configured threshold, but every rule should have a minimum margin and preview. Zero stock should disable the related sell action rather than creating a promise the team cannot fulfill.

Supplier connections and private sourcing logic should remain isolated from a generic customer product.
