EldoradoOps is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Eldorado.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for using the service lawfully, protecting their marketplace account and complying with marketplace and game rules. Availability of a feature does not represent permission from a third-party platform.
Prohibited activity
- CAPTCHA bypass, fingerprint spoofing or prohibited evasion.
- Credential theft, unauthorized account access or cross-workspace data access.
- Spam, harassment, fraudulent listings or duplicate delivery.
- Bypassing or reselling device credentials, subscription checks or security controls.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be sold monthly or annually. Only the published plan price, add-ons, and usage limits shown at checkout govern a subscription.
Refunds
Digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable after access, except duplicate charges, verified processing errors, material service failure, legal requirements or an owner-approved exception. Publish a jurisdiction-reviewed refund policy before launch.
Suspension
The service may pause an unsafe feature, compromised device, expired subscription or workspace involved in abuse while preserving an audit trail.
