Permitted use
Use EldoradoOps to organize authorized seller operations, team access, inventory, pricing, buyer communications, and supported automation for accounts you control.
Prohibited use
- Credential theft, phishing, session hijacking, or access to an account without authorization.
- CAPTCHA solving, fingerprint spoofing, stealth, platform-evasion, or attempts to bypass marketplace enforcement.
- Spam, harassment, deceptive messages, fake reviews, fraudulent listings, or illegal goods and services.
- Reverse engineering intended to extract server secrets, compromise other tenants, or distribute modified production extensions.
- Use that violates applicable law, marketplace rules, game rules, or third-party rights.
Enforcement
We may pause a feature, revoke a device, suspend a workspace, or terminate access when activity creates security, legal, fraud, or platform risk. Administrative actions are logged.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse or a security issue through the contact page. Do not include marketplace passwords, cookies, or private keys in support messages.
